We aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible, as such, all items are delivered via a tracked Royal Mail service.
All of our items are made to order, so please allow 1 week for despatch. However, should you require an item sooner, please contact us through the website and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

If you wish to return your item (s), we will happily offer a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery, providing items are returned to us in their original, unworn condition.
Please be aware that cost of returns is at the customers expense, as such we recommend that when you return an item, you use a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are not received. Likewise, please ensure sufficient postage is paid for your return, as we are unable to accept packages without the correct postage.
If you have had a bespoke or custom order made, this returns policy is no longer valid, in this case we do not offer refunds except where there is a fault. To arrange your return please refer to the instructions on the returns form included with your order and complete and return the form to us.
All refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the return being received. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
CARING FOR YOUR ITEM
After every item is coloured, we wash and dry your purchase using non bio detergent and fabric softener, however, whilst every care has been taken to ensure all dye has been removed from your purchase, as with all hand dyed products there is a risk that some may continue to wash through after purchase.
We advise that for the first few washes you wash this item independently to avoid any dye transfer to other garments.
